Ring. Blue sapphire. Double diamond halo.
Sovereign Ring
Blue sapphire under a double halo
The emerald-cut sapphire is the gravest piece in the collection. The blue runs deep, close to night, and the step cut returns light in broad planes rather than sparks — which is what gives it the air of an heirloom. A double row of diamonds traces the stone, and the shank splits into two set bands, as though the sapphire were suspended between them.
- Emerald-cut blue sapphire, prong-set at all four corners.
- Double diamond halo following the outline of the stone.
- Shank split into two diamond-set bands.
- Symmetrical throughout, drawn to be read head-on and in profile.
